State Route 12 Corridor Improvement Project Phase II, Stage 1 Bids Under Review c03401
Bids Date : September 30, 2008 at 2 PM
Brief Description:The work to be done consists, in general, of the construction of shoulder widening, curb, gutter and sidewalk and pedestrian lighting, traffic striping and traffic signals and other improvements as shown on the plans.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on September 30, 2008, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. (according to the wall clock in the reception area of the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors).  They then will be transferred to a predetermined meeting room designated by the Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Sonoma County Director of Transportation and Public Works or his designee.  Said bids will be referred to the Director of Transportation and Public Works consideration for award, on or before December 30, 2008. Kinley Drive Guard Rail No Bids Received c05025
Bid Date : September 19, 2008 at 2 PM
Brief Description:The work to be done consists, in general, of constructing metal beam guard railing, including but not limited to installing an end anchor assembly and a special metal beam barrier guard rail shielding system, all as described herein and as shown on the plans.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on September 19, 2008, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. (according to the wall clock in the reception area of the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors).  They then will be transferred to a predetermined meeting room designated by the Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Director of Transportation and Public Works or his designee.  The Board of Supervisors has authorized the Director of Transportation and Public Works to award the project.  The Director will review the bids and consider awarding the project within 60 days of bid opening. Overlay 2008, Various County Roads Under Construction c06019

Brief Description:The work to be done consists, in general, of overlays of various County roads including, but not limited to, asphalt concrete overlay of roadway, adjusting utility covers, adjusting guard rails, applying striping, installing delineators, repairing pavement structural section, cold planing, shoulder backing, asphalt dikes, parking bumpers, and such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.

Brief Description:The work to be done consists of repairing landslide and replacing roadway. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on July 23 August 11, 2008, until the hour of 3:00 p.m. (according to the wall clock in the reception area of the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors).  They then will be transferred to a predetermined meeting room designated by the Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works  where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Sonoma County Director of Transportation and Public Works or his designee.  Said bids will be referred to the Director of Transportation and Public Works for award. Per Addendum No. 1 there are Pre-Bid meetings scheduled for July 31 and August 5, 2008 at 10 a.m. on the project site.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on May 14, 2008, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. (according to the wall clock in the reception area of the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors).  They then will be transferred to a predetermined meeting room designated by the Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works  where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Sonoma County Director of Transportation and Public Works or his designee.  Said bids will be referred to the Director of Transportation and Public Works for award.

Geyserville Park & Ride/Visitor Plaza Under Construction W07077

Brief Description: This project proposes the removal of existing facilities and building a new parking lot & related amenities.  The project consists of grading, the supply and installation of water main, curb & gutter, sidewalk, concrete flatwork, base rock, paving, lighting and landscaping and such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
