Airport Terminal Building Restroom Remodel Complete  W09576

Brief Description: The work consists of coordinating, scheduling, obtaining and assembling at construction site all equipment, material, permits, supplies, manpower and other essentials and incidentals necessary to remodel the existing restrooms and add a unisex family/ADA accessible restroom to the terminal building at the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport. The building is located at the end of Airport Blvd.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT:  A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for all bidders, contractors, and subcontractors will be held at the job site on June 28, 2006 at 10:00 a.m., to respond to questions regarding this project, and to familiarize contractors with site conditions. Contractor is responsible for being aware of all site conditions.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent of the County of Sonoma, Room 208A, 2300 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on July 14 July 27, August 10, August 17, 2006, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Purchasing Agent or his designee.

Brief Description: The work consists of repairing, reinforcing and applying a surface emulsion to the Airport Terminal Building roof, which is approximately 10,300 square feet.  The building is located at the end of Airport Blvd. at the Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County Airport.

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent of the County of Sonoma, Room 208A, 2300 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on  September 28 October 4, 2005 , until the hour of 2:00 p.m

PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH:  
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for all bidders, contractors, and subcontractors will be held on September 20, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., in the Aircraft Fire Rescue Building at 2196 Airport Boulevard to respond to questions regarding this project, and to familiarize contractors with site conditions.  Contractor is responsible for being aware of all site conditions.

Sonoma County Airport Runway and Taxiway Rehabilitation and Safety Improvements Complete W09562

Brief Description: The work to be done, in general, consists of placement of approximately 2.5 inches asphaltic concrete overlay, grooving and necessary pavement remarking of the new surface.
