NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

AIRPORT ACCESS ROAD, TAXIWAYS,
AND RELATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS

 COUNTY PROJECT NO. W09538

ADDENDUM NO. 3

I.     Changes to the Notice to Contractors:

A. The bid date has been changed as follows:

Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California, 95403, on July 11, 2002, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., at which time the bids will be taken to a designated meeting room to be publicly opened and read out loud by the Sonoma County Director of Transportation and Public Works or his designee.  Said bids will be referred to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors for consideration at their next regularly scheduled meeting.

II.   Changes to the Construction Drawings: 

A. Please add Sheet 18 (grading plan with existing and final contours).* 

Note:  This plan sheet will be mailed to the planholders by Certified Mail.  The returned green card will be verification of receipt.

Please fill out "Noted Addenda" of the BID FORM, Section 00300, page 1, verifying your receipt of this Addendum (Addendum No. 3).
