ADDENDUM NO. 2
The
following change is hereby made to Division I, Section
00020-Notice Inviting Bids, General Information, Paragraph
B. Please replace existing paragraph with the
"Sealed
bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa
Rosa, California, 95403, until 3:00 p.m., as determined by
the clock on the wall of the office of the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors, on June 25, 2003, at which
time they will be transferred to the Sonoma County
Counsel's Office Conference Room (Room 105A) where
they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Sonoma
County Director of Transportation and Public Works or his
designee. Said bids will be referred to the Sonoma County Board of
Supervisors for consideration within 90 days of bid
opening."
Please fill out "Noted Addendum" (Division I,
Section 00300, page 1) verifying your receipt of this
Addendum.
