ADDENDUM NO. 1
The
following changes are hereby made to Division I-Bidding
and Contract Documents, Section 00020-Notice Inviting Bids
concerning the PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND WALK-THROUGH (page 6
1. Delete entire paragraph and add the following:
PRE-BID CONFERENCES AND WALK-THROUGHS: Two (2) PRE-BID CONFERENCES AND WALK-THROUGHS will be
conducted. The first conference is scheduled for
10:00 a.m., May 28, 2003. The second conference
is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., June 11, 2003. Both
conferences will be held in the Conference Room of the
Refuse Operations Headquarters Building, Central Landfill,
500 Mecham Road, Petaluma CA 94952. ATTENDANCE TO
AT LEAST ONE OF THE CONFERENCES IS MANDATORY FOR THE PRIME
CONTRACTORS AND BIDDERS MUST SIGN AN ATTENDANCE ROSTER AS
A CONDITION TO BIDDING. BIDDERS NOT ATTENDING A
MANDATORY MEETING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON THE
PROJECT. Representatives of the County and
GeoSyntec Consultants will be present to discuss the
project, receive questions, and conduct a tour of the
project. At all other times, Contractor access to
the Central Landfill must be coordinated and supervised by
the County. Contact the Central Landfill office at
(707) 565-7948 to schedule visits.
Please fill out "Noted Addendum" (Division I,
Section 00300, page 1) verifying your receipt of this
Addendum.
