Board Of Zoning Adjustments

Purpose

The Board of Zoning Adjustments (BZA) conducts public hearings and makes decisions on applications for Use Permits, Zoning Variances and Coastal Development Permits. There are five members that sit on the BZA with one alternate for each district. Commission rotation occurs every other month. Commissioners are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
