Dave & Bill Hikes at Spring Lake Regional Park

Please join "Dave & Bill Hikes" on Sunday, August 24 for their annual picnic / speaker / mini-hike. Meet them at the Shady Oaks Picnic Area of Spring Lake Regional Park (Violetti Road entrance). They will have grilled bratwurst ready to serve at 4:00pm. Bring a salad or dessert to share, and your own drinks.

Dave and Bill will provide all table service and condiments, and we request a $5.00 donation. At around 5:00pm, Sonoma County Supervisor Valerie Brown will give an informative and timely talk about land preservation as well as issues facing Sonoma County.

At 5:45pm they will embark on a pleasant, 3-mile hike, wandering around Spring Lake and will finishing around 7:15pm. Day use parking fee is $6. RSVP is requested; please email fmi@sonic.net.
