Rental CategoriesThe
Sonoma County Regional Parks Department has three rental categories for the basis
of fees charged at the Veterans Memorial Auditoriums. They are: Commercial, Non-Commercial,
and Non-Profit. Commercial - Any event, program, or activity
being held with a charge to the public resulting in direct compensation or income
to benefit a licensee who does not qualify for non-profit status. Non-Commercial
- Any public or private event, program or activity being held with no
charge to the public or its guests by a licensee who does not qualify for non-profit
status. This category includes events such as private parties, wedding receptions,
or business meetings. Non-Profit Organization Rates - The County
charges reduced rental rates for non-profit organizations. To qualify for Non-Profit
rates, the event-sponsoring organization must provide the booking office with
a copy of their Non-Profit 'Certificate of Determination' issued by the Federal
or State Government. |
