Training and Employee Development

The Academies

The Supervisory Academy, Management Academy, and Executive Development program builds skills for the County’s current leadership and provides development opportunities for future leaders. The programs have recently been retooled and restructured to offer a curriculum that better addresses our current needs, makes scheduling more flexible, and provides supervisors and managers with the tools they need to handle difficult personnel situations.
