EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION PROGRAMS

The County of Sonoma is committed to the recognition of excellence and achievements of its workforce. 

The Employment Recognition Program is a comprehensive program with five components (including Employee Suggestion Award Program, the Employee Service Award Program; the Case of Excellence; Public Service Recognition Week and the Departmental Recognition Program) and is established to recognize employees in a variety of ways to assist in the retention of valued employees.
