Adolescent Family Life Program

Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP) is a program for pregnant or parenting teenagers 18 years of age or younger (teen fathers up to 20 years). Through one to one case management, young parents are provided services to improve their health and that of their infant, promote nurturing parenting skills, and increase self sufficiency.

Cal-Learn Program

Pregnant or parenting teenagers 19 years of age or younger, in receipt of SonomaWORKS, and who do not have a High School Diploma or equivalent, are entitled to this program. The goal is to promote self sufficiency. Assistance is provided with child care and transportation while attending school. A case manager offers information on health care and ongoing guidance and support.

Pregnant teens and teen mothers and fathers age 19 and under in North County are provided services under a child abuse prevention and intervention grant (CAPIT).
