Sonoma County Medi-Cal Providers
Providers marked with an asterisk (*) also participate in the Medi-Cal Presumptive Eligibility (PE) for Pregnant Women program, which allows providers to issue eligible women a temporary Medi-Cal card at the time of their first appointment.
Providers marked in bold also participate in the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), which provides additional services for pregnant women, including nutrition, health education, and counseling visit, as well as vitamin/mineral supplements, prenatal classes, and parenting information.
