HIV Services: Support Services
Partner Counseling and Referral Services (PCRS)
Partner Counseling and Referral Services (PCRS) provides individuals with HIV the opportunity to discuss ways to notify past or current sexual or needle-sharing partners about their possible exposure to HIV, and to encourage that they be tested.
A professional health counselor can discuss ways for the individual to disclose their status to current or past partners. The counselor can also help you notify your partners using a service called "Anonymous Third Party Notification," where the counselor notifies your partners. You provide identifying and locating information only. Your name and identity are never shared with your partners under any circumstances. Services are always free and confidential.
Nutritional Counseling
The services of a registered dietician are available by appointment for persons residing in Sonoma County with HIV disease. These services include:

These services are also available by arrangement at Food for Thought.
Clinical Case Management

A Clinical Case Manager can also provide emotional and psychological support, help manage stress, problem solve, assess alcohol and drug use, and help you navigate through the medical and social service systems.
