Services: Face-to-Face offers comprehensive support services to people living with HIV disease. We walk you through the maze of health care services and help you address your service needs. We provide the following services:
- Case Management - a matched case manager will help you access the information and referrals you need.
- Benefits Counseling - skilled staff will guide you through the application process for various programs and will assist you in resolving any problems you may encounter.
- Housing Search (for more information on housing, please see the Food & Housing section) - provides housing assistance for low-income Sonoma County residents with HIV/AIDS. Eligibility is limited to Sonoma County residents with HIV/AIDS who are either homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. The following services are provided:
- Information and assistance with applications for short and long-term housing assistance programs.
- Help for eligible homeless clients to obtain financial assistance in order to move into housing.
- "Rentals Available/Rentals Needed" bulletin board.
- Legal Referrals (for more information about Legal Resources, please see the Legal Resources section) - provide referrals to attorneys to help with legal issues, wills, durable power of attorney, and attorney forms.
- Attendant Care - provides a home health aide to help with meal preparation, shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Volunteer Services - you can request help with transportation to and from medical, dental, and therapy appointments; in-home practical support; moving; and personal coaching.
- Volunteer Opportunities are available.
- Information and Referral - offer information and referrals for HIV specific resources, medical care, support groups, children's services, etc. Available to anyone in the community.
- Translation and interpretation services.

Services: Food For Thought is a confidential, supplemental food bank that helps ensure that the nutritional needs of Sonoma County residents with disabling HIV/AIDS are met by providing:
- Weekly groceries including packaged and canned goods, frozen foods, eggs and fresh produce.
- Nutritional supplements and vitamins.
- Household goods such as cleaning supplies and personal grooming items.
- Educational programs and materials about nutrition and cooking.
- An organic garden that grows vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers, and provides a beautiful environment for gathering, gardening, and healing.
- Home delivery throughout Sonoma County for clients who are homebound due to illness or lack of transportation.
- Frozen meals for the very ill.
- Nutritional counseling.
- Recipes and nutritional updates.
- Warm and welcoming volunteers and staff and numerous opportunities for social gatherings and community involvement.

Services: Sunburst Projects is a non-profit agency that works to create a safe and supportive community for children and families infected and affected with HIV/AIDS. They provide ongoing family support services that help educate, strengthen, and empower families with children impacted by HIV/AIDS. Additionally, for the past 20 years Sunburst Projects has been an important voice and advocate for raising awareness about the need for supportive services that address the specific concerns of HIV/AIDS families with dependent children. Their services include:
- Camp Sunburst - a weeklong residential summer camp.
- Voucher and volunteer respite childcare program (for more childcare services and parenting.
- Counseling services - for individuals, children, teens, and families.
- Support groups - for children, teens, and parents dealing with HIV/AIDS education, grief and loss, advocacy, communication, anger.
- Monthly speakers.
- Family-centered case management.
- HIV/AIDS prevention and education.
- Volunteer opportunities available - they have a specialized volunteer training, which focuses on the social, psychological, medical, and cultural issues of children and families living with HIV/AIDS.
- Sonoma County AIDS Emergency Fund and Housing Assistance Fund (HAF) - provides short-term emergency financial assistance for housing, utilities, telephone bills, and firewood for qualified clients.
