Have Your Students Washed Their Hands?
The single most important thing we can do to keep from getting sick and spreading illness to others is to clean our hands!
The Department of Health Services is pleased to offer our interactive hand hygiene presentation to schools throughout Sonoma County.
Two nurses, equipped with music, games, and colorful display materials are available to come to your school to present a 15 to 20 minute program that teaches three important hygiene concepts:
- Proper hand washing
- Cover your cough and sneeze
- Respiratory etiquette
Our hand hygiene presentation can be included in your school assembly, or presented in individual classrooms.
Let's teach our children about the importance of good hand hygiene, and help prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Call to schedule a hand hygiene presentation today!
Presentation requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
