Driving Under the influence1300 Coddingtown Center Court-referred programs for first and multiple convicted drinking driver offenders. The programs are designed to provide structured education, treatment and monitoring to assist in identifying and resolving alcohol-related problems. The goal of the First Offender and Multiple Offender Drinking Driver programs is to reduce the likelihood of further DUI violations. The First Offender Program (FOP) duration is a total of 30 hours of education and support group meetings over a three-month period. The Multiple Offender Program (MOP) is 18 months, with a total of 78 hours of service. ENROLLMENT INFORMATION (En Español)To enroll in the Driving Under the Influence Program you must first attend a 1-hour Orientation meeting within 21 days of your DUI Court conviction date. Please note that failure to comply with this 21-day enrollment requirement may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest. Program Orientation meetings are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 PM (except on county holidays) at 1250 Coddingtown Center, Room A. (See reverse side for Spanish Orientation). No appointment is necessary. Doors are opened at 4:30 PM. Early arrival is encouraged. Program enrollment takes place immediately after Orientation between 6:00 & 8:00 PM on a first come first serve basis. If for some reason you are not able to enroll on the day you attend Orientation, you have the option of scheduling an individual enrollment appointment at a later date. It is strongly recommended you plan to enroll on the day of your Orientation meeting if possible.
