| Incident
Response:
The Division responds to emergency incidents
as part of the Hazardous Materials Response Team, Fire Investigation
Task Force, Emergency Operations Center staff and for fire
ground supervision, along with local fire agencies and the
State Department of Forestry (Cal Fire). In addition, Cal Fire responds
to State Responsibility Areas (SRA) wildland fires within
the county.
Training and Standard Operating Procedures:
The Division oversees and trains the fourteen
all-volunteer fire agencies, as well as provide administrative
support for four dependent fire zones within CSA #40 (Sea
Ranch, Fitch Mountain, Dry Creek and Wilmar) and two Community
Facilities Districts (CFD#4 Wilmar and Cal Fire#5 Dry Creek).

VFC Forms:
Volunteer Fire Departments now have online access to the most commonly used forms for ordering resources, getting equipment repaired, adding and deleting volunteers from personal rosters, and requesting personal protective equipment.
