What happens if I have not been paying my child support and I receive a notice that my drivers' and/or professional license may not be renewed?

Contact the Department of Child Support Services. You may be required to make a lump sum payment to bring your child support obligation current. You will be required to sign a SLMS (Statewide Licensing Match System) agreement. The terms of the agreement vary from case to case. If you don't follow through with the agreement, your license may be suspended in the future.
