HOUSING AUTHORITY PLANS
HUD regulations require the Housing Authority to prepare and submit,
for each fiscal year, a administrative plan that details how the Housing
Authority will conduct the program(s) for that year. Below, you can review
a copy of this public document.
TIMETABLE FOR ANNUAL PHA PLAN FOR FY 2008 - 2009:
Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998 created the Public Housing Agency Plans - a five-year plan and an annual plan. All Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) are required to submit an Annual Plan to HUD each year and a Five-Year plan every five years.

Public review period for Draft Annual PHA Plan for FY 2008-2009 is February 15 – April 8, 2008. Plan will be available for review at Community Development Commission office (1440 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa), Board of Supervisors office (Board of Supervisors Chambers, 575 Administration Dr., Santa Rosa) and Central Library. The draft plan will also be posted on the Community Development Commission’s website at
www.sonoma-county.org/cdc/s8annualplan.htm.
Written comments will be considered until April 8, 2008 |
