HUD regulations require the Housing Authority to prepare and submit, for each fiscal year, a Public Housing Agency (PHA) plan that details how the Housing Authority will conduct the program(s) for that year. Below, you can review a copy of this public document.

Notice of Public Hearing

PHA 5-Year Plan for FY 2010-2015 and Annual PHA Plan for FY 2010-2011

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission, in its capacity as the governing body of the Sonoma County Housing Authority, will hold a public hearing on April 6, 2010 at 2:10 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Room 102A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, CA.

The purpose of the hearing will be to review the 5-Year Plan for FY 2010-2015 and Annual Plan for FY 2010-2011 for the Sonoma County Housing Authority.  The Commission will hear testimony from all interested parties. Anyone who is interested in speaking is encouraged to appear and present oral comments. 

A draft of the PHA Plan is available for review at the Commission’s office, 1440 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa, CA, the Board of Supervisors office, 575 Administration Drive, 100A, Santa Rosa, CA, and the Central Library, 3rd and E Streets, Santa Rosa, CA.  Written comments will be considered until April 6, 2010.
