SUBRECIPIENT HANDBOOK

The SUBRECIPIENT HANDBOOK contains information necessary to complete an annual funding cycle for CDBG, HOME, and FESG projects funded with HUD funding through the Community Development Commission (CDC).  This handbook is not intended to replace face-to-face technical assistance sessions, but rather to enhance the exchange of information between the CDC and the subrecipients of federal funding that passes through the CDC as the HUD grantee. All changes, revisions or additions to the material contained in this handbook will be posted here. In addition, an email will be sent to the contact person of record announcing any updates. Please insure that the CDC receives regular updates listing correct agency and contact information.  If the electronic mail format is not appropriate for your agency, please contact Commission staff to arrange for an alternate form of distribution.
