Development Referral Project Review

The Agricultural Commissioner's Office receives referrals from the Permits and Resource Management Department regarding applications for development projects. Our office reviews all projects that have any significant impacts on agricultural lands, and is responsible for recommending conditions to mitigate impact on agricultural land uses.
