List of Businesses Issued LBAM Compliance Agreements

The following businesses have been issued LBAM compliance agreements:

• “Growers” within a quarantine area — includes growers in the quarantine area that have been issued an LBAM compliance agreement. Includes winegrapes, vegetables, apples and other commodities. Excludes nurseries.
• “Wineries” — includes Sonoma County wineries receiving bulk winegrapes that have been issued an LBAM compliance agreement.
• “Haulers” — includes commercial trucking companies, growers, and wineries that have been issued an LBAM compliance agreement.
• “Green Waste Receivers” — includes businesses that have been issued an LBAM compliance agreement allowing them to receive green waste from counties with LBAM quarantine areas.
